How long does implementation take?
The audit takes 1 week. The first phase in production is usually live in 3–6 weeks from kick-off. Systems with many integrations and complex validations can take 8–12 weeks. We work in phases so you see results from week one, not at the end of the project.
Do I need an internal tech team?
No. We handle everything: implementation, integrations, maintenance. You bring business knowledge and access to the tools. You don't need a CTO or to know what n8n is.

Why do you charge for the audit when others give it away for free?
Because "free" attracts the curious, and going deep into an operation takes a full week of our team's work. A symbolic fee filters: we only sit down with companies that have a real problem and the willingness to solve it. And because it's refundable, if you're serious it costs you nothing — the project absorbs it. Anyone looking for a free "exploratory call" doesn't pass this filter, and that protects the quality of the diagnosis we deliver to those who are serious. What if the AI makes a mistake?
Every system we deploy includes monitoring, alerts, and human validation checkpoints where the cost of an error is high. AI has clear limits: what it decides and what it escalates to a person. The goal is to eliminate human error caused by fatigue, not to introduce a new one because AI feels like it.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We work with GDPR-compliant providers. Your data stays in your systems — we connect them, we don't hoard them. We sign an NDA if you need one, and we never share client information with third parties under any circumstances.
What happens after implementation? Do you stay or disappear?
We stay. Live systems need monthly maintenance: APIs change, tools update, flows need to adjust as the business evolves. The monthly fee covers monitoring, adjustments, improvements, and new flows. If we're not delivering more value than we cost, you cancel — no lock-in.
Do you work with industries not listed on the site?
Yes, but honestly: if we don't know the sector well, we say so and refer you to someone who does. The industries where we have the most depth are hospitality and clinics. We also work with restaurants, accountants, real estate and workshops. For B2B with clear sales processes (consultative selling, lead nurturing, document management), we also fit.
